Implementing HIPAA compliance programs, including preparing HIPAA privacy policies and procedures and negotiating business associate agreements on behalf of employer-sponsored health plans, health care providers and business associates
Assisting in correcting administrative errors and other plan compliance issues, using Internal Revenue Service and Department of Labor correction programs where appropriate
Representing clients in connection with Internal Revenue Service and Department of Labor examinations
Integrating employee benefits following corporate mergers, acquisitions and spin-offs
